Articulo 64 - La credencial de legítimo usuario tendrá validez por el término de CINCO (5) años a contar de la fecha de su otorgamiento. Fenecido dicho plazo sin que hubiere sido renovada, la misma caducará en forma automática y sin necesidad de comunicación previa alguna…

Articulo 65 - La renovación de la credencial de legítimo usuario deberá gestionarse dentro de los NOVENTA (90) días anteriores a su expiración, debiendo cumplimentarse con los recaudos de los artículos 55 y 56 de la reglamentación, con sujeción al procedimiento determinado por su artículo 58.

Authorised Users - Licence Validity

Article 64 - The legitimate user licence is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of its issuance. If not renewed, the licence shall expire automatically, without any prior notification.

Article 65 - Renewal of licences must take place within (90) days prior to their expiry and must be done in compliance with provisions provided for in articles 55 and 56 of the regulations, subject to the procedure set in article 58.
