Artículo 141 Octer. (Alteración O Supresión de Marca)

I. El que alterare o suprimiere el número de registro, marca oficial de fabricación u otros elementos de origen o símbolos relativos a la plena identificación de las armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados, de uso militar, policial y civil, será sancionado con pena privativa de libertad de cuatro (4) a seis (6) años.

II. Será sancionado con la misma pena el que a subiendas posea o portare armas de juego cuya marca haya sido alterada o suprimida.

III. La pena será de diez (10) años de presidio, si el delito es cometido por personal militar o policial.

Article 141 Eighth. (Altering or Deleting Markings)

I. He who alters or removes the registration number, the official manufacturing mark or other manufacturing sources or symbols relating to the full identification of firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials for military, police and civilian use, shall be punished with imprisonment of between four (4) and six (6) years.

II. He shall be punished with the same penalty for those who own or carry a weapon whose marks have been altered or removed.

III. The penalty shall be ten (10) years imprisonment, if the offence is committed by military or police personnel.
