Article 5-5

Notwithstanding Articles 5-1 to 5-4,1 2 3 the authorisation to engage in, under State control, the manufacture and trade of equipment, firearms and ammunition of the first four categories,4 5 provided for in Article 96 and issued for reasons of national defence for a period of five years by the Minister of Defence, constitute, for the legal representative of the legal entity as referred to in I of Article L. 2332-1 of the Defence Code, the authorisation provided for in Article L. 2332-1-1 of the same code.7
