5e catégorie : armes de chasse et leurs munitions :

I. Armes dont l'acquisition et la détention sont soumises à déclaration :

Paragraphe 1 : fusils, carabines et canardières à canon lisse tirant un coup par canon, autres que ceux classés dans les catégories précédentes.

Paragraphe 2 : fusils, carabines et canardières à canon lisse tirant un coup par canon, autres que ceux classés dans les catégories précédentes dont le calibre est compris entre 10 et 28 inclus comportant une rayure dispersante ou un boyaudage pour le tir exclusif de grenaille à courte distance.

Paragraphe 3 : fusils, carabines et canardières semi-automatiques ou à répétition à un ou plusieurs canons lisses, autres que ceux classés dans les catégories précédentes.

Paragraphe 4 : fusils et carabines à canon rayé et à percussion centrale, autres que ceux classés dans les catégories précédentes à l'exception des fusils et carabines pouvant tirer des munitions utilisables dans des armes classées matériel de guerre.

Paragraphe 5 : fusils combinant un canon rayé et un canon lisse (mixte), deux canons lisses et un canon rayé ou deux canons rayés et un canon lisse (drilling), deux canons rayés (express), quatre canons dont un rayé (vierling) tirant un coup par canon, dont la longueur totale est supérieure à 80 centimètres ou dont la longueur des canons est supérieure à 45 centimètres à l'exception des fusils pouvant tirer des munitions utilisables dans les armes classées matériel de guerre.

Paragraph 2: Rifles, carbines and punt guns [or long fowlers] firing a single shot per barrel, other than the ones listed in the above categories, with a gauge between 10 and 28 inclusive and including a dispersive scratch, or a wad for the exclusive short-distance firing of lead shot.

Paragraph 3: Semi-automatic or repeating rifles, carbines and punt guns [or long fowlers], with a single or multiple smooth bores, other than the ones listed in the above categories.

Paragraph 4: Rifled and centre-fire rifles and carbines, other than the ones listed in the above categories, except rifles and carbines that can fire ammunition usable in firearms considered as weapons of war.

Paragraph 5: Rifles with mixed rifled and smooth bores, two smooth bores and one rifled bore, or two rifled bores and one smooth bore (drilling), two rifled bores (express), four barrels including one rifled (vierling) firing a single shot by barrel, for which the total length is superior to 80 centimetres, or for which the length of the barrels is superior to 45 centimetres, excluding rifles that can fire ammunition usable in firearms considered as weapons of war.

Paragraph 6: Firearm components (closing mechanisms, chambers, barrels, devices designed to reduce the noise of the gunshot) for firearms aforementioned.

II. Ammunition, components of ammunition (cartridge cases, primed cartridge cases, loaded cartridge cases, loaded and primed cartridge cases) intended for firearms of this category and caps [primers] for any shoulder weapons or handguns ammunition. Their purchase or possession are not subject to notification.
