Chapitre VII: Conservation, perte et transfert de propriété

Article L. 2337-1:

La conservation par toute personne des armes, des munitions et de leurs éléments des 1re et 4e catégories1 est assurée selon des modalités qui en garantissent la sécurité et évitent leur usage par un tiers.

Les armes, les munitions et leurs éléments des 5e et 7e catégories1 sont conservées hors d'état de fonctionner immédiatement.

Un décret en Conseil d'Etat détermine les conditions d'application du présent article.

Chapter VII: Storage, Loss and Transfer of Property

Article L. 2337-1:
