Article 113:

Est punie de la peine d'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe:

1. Toute personne qui n'inscrit pas sur les exemplaires des autorisations d'importation les quantités d'armes, d'éléments d'arme, munitions ou éléments de munition qu'elle a reçues conformément aux dispositions de l'article 941 ou de l'article 1002 ci-dessus.

2. Toute personne qui refuse de présenter le permis, l'autorisation d'importation ou la déclaration de transfert et l'attestation de transfert ainsi que les armes, les éléments d'arme, les munitions et éléments de munition concernés sur réquisition des autorités habilitées conformément aux dispositions des articles 92,3 93,4 94,1 96, 97 et 1015 ci-dessus.

3. Toute personne qui cède à un résident d'un autre Etat membre une arme, un élément d'arme, des munitions ou des éléments de munition chargés de la 5e6 ou 7e7 catégorie sans avoir obtenu le récépissé dans les conditions prévues au I de l'article 838 et à l'article 909 ci-dessus.

Article 113:
