Article 111:

Sans préjudice du retrait d'autorisation visé à l'article 44 ci-dessus, est punie de la peine d'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe:

- toute personne qui porte des armes de poing de 7e1 ou de 8e2 catégorie;
- toute personne qui transporte sans motif légitime à titre particulier une arme de poing de 7e1 catégorie, ou qui n'observe pas les dispositions de sécurité prévues à l'article 573 ci-dessus.

Article 111:

Without prejudice to the withdrawal of an authorisation referred to in Article 44 above, [the following] is punishable with a fine for offences of the 5th class:

- Any individual who carries handguns of the 7th1 or 8th2 categories;
- Any individual who transports [carries] without genuine reason and for personal use a handgun of the 7th1 category, or who does not comply with safety measures provided for in Article 573 above.
