Article 99:

L'acquisition, la détention par un résident d'un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne, l'importation à partir d'un pays membre de la Communauté européenne des dispositifs additionnels du paragraphe 3 de la 1re1 catégorie, des armes des II et III de la 4e2 catégorie, des armes de 6e3 catégorie énumérées à l'article 2, des armes des paragraphes 2, 3 et 4 de la 7e4 catégorie et de la 8e5 catégorie sont régies par les dispositions des titres Ier à IV du présent décret et de ses textes d'application. Leur exportation vers un Etat membre est régie par les articles L. 2335-26 et L. 2335-37 du code de la défense.

Le régime des chargeurs des armes des paragraphes 1 et 2 de la 1re1 catégorie et du IV de la 4e2 catégorie est fixé par arrêté conjoint des ministres de la défense et de l'intérieur et des ministres chargés de l'industrie, des douanes et de la jeunesse et des sports.

Chapter III: Special Regime

Article 99:

The purchase or possession by a resident of another Member State of the European Community or the import from a Member State of the European Community of additional features of paragraph 3 of the 1st1 category, of firearms of II and III of the 4th2 category, of firearms of the 6th3 category listed in Article 2, of firearms of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the 7th4 category, and of the 8th5 category, are regulated by provisions of Title I to IV of this Decree and its implementing texts. Their export to a Member State is regulated by Articles L. 2335-26 and L. 2335-37 of the Defence Code.

The regime for magazines of firearms of paragraphs 1 and 2 of the 1st1 category and of IV of the 4th2 category is set by joint order of the Ministers of Defence and Interior, and the Ministers in charge of Industry, Customs and Youth and Sports.
