Est soumise au régime de droit commun d'acquisition de la présente section l'acquisition:

a) Des armes, munitions et de leurs éléments des paragraphes 1, 2 et 3 de la 1re1 catégorie acquis à titre personnel et du I de la 4e2 catégorie; des munitions expansives et de leurs projectiles définis aux articles 1 et 363 ci-dessus.

b) Des armes et de leurs éléments d'arme de la 5e4 catégorie, des armes et de leurs éléments d'arme de la 7e5 catégorie soumis à déclaration.

Sub-section 1: Scope

Article 81:

The following are subject to common law on purchases, as defined in this section:

a) Firearms, ammunition and their components of paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the 1st1 category, purchased for personal use, and of I of the 4th2 category; of expanding ammunition and their projectiles, as defined in Articles 1 and 363 above.

b) Firearms and their components of the 5th4 category and firearms and their components of the 7th5 category that are subject to notification.
