Article 75:

Les personnes visées aux articles 261 et 28 à 31 ci-dessus portant ou transportant des armes, éléments d'arme ou des munitions de 1re2 ou de 4e3 catégorie et entrant ou rentrant en France peuvent importer ces armes, éléments d'arme et munitions sur simple présentation de l'autorisation d'acquisition ou de détention correspondante délivrée par les autorités citées à l'article 384 ci-dessus.

Si elles ne peuvent présenter cette autorisation, elles sont tenues de déposer ces armes, éléments d'arme et munitions au premier bureau de douanes; les armes, éléments d'arme et munitions ainsi déposés ne peuvent être retirés que sur présentation de ladite autorisation.

Article 75:

Individuals, referred to in Articles 261 and 28 to 31 above, carrying or transporting firearms, components of firearms, or ammunition of the 1st2 or 4th3 categories and entering or returning to France may import these firearms, components of firearms and ammunition on single presentation of the corresponding authorisation to purchase or to possess, issued by the authorities mentioned in Article 384 above.

If they cannot provide this authorisation, they must surrender the firearms, components of firearms and ammunition in the first Customs office; the surrendered firearms, components of firearms and ammunition may only be uplifted on presentation of the said authorisation.
