Article 62:

Des dérogations aux dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l'article 601 ci-dessus peuvent être accordées par le ministre de la défense pour les transports d'armes transférées au sens du titre V du présent décret, importées ou exportées, après avis du ministère de l'intérieur et, s'il y a lieu, d'autres ministères intéressés. Les décisions accordant ces dérogations peuvent imposer des mesures de sécurité renforcées à la charge des bénéficiaires.

Article 62:

Exemptions to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 601 above may be granted by the Minister of Defence for transports of firearms transferred as defined in Title V of this Decree, imported or exported, after notification to the Minister of Interior and, if applicable, to other concerned ministries. The decisions granting these exemptions may impose tighter safety measures at the expense of the beneficiaries.
