Article L. 2335-2:

L'exportation sans autorisation préalable de matériels de guerre et matériels assimilés vers des Etats non membres de l'Union européenne ainsi que des territoires exclus du territoire douanier de l'Union européenne est prohibée.

L'autorité administrative définit la liste de ces matériels de guerre et matériels assimilés soumis à autorisation préalable ainsi que les dérogations à cette autorisation.

Section 1: Imports and Exports of Weapons of War and Related Materials Outside of the European Union Territory

Article L. 2335-2:

The export without prior authorisation of weapons of war and related materials towards non-member States of the European Union, as well as towards territories excluded from the customs territory of the European Union, is prohibited.

The administrative authority sets the list of these weapons of war and related materials subject to prior authorisation, as well as exemptions from this authorisation.
