Article 15.1:

La conservation par toute personne des armes, des munitions et de leurs éléments des 1ère et 4ème catégories1 est assurée selon des modalités qui en garantissent la sécurité et évitent leur usage par un tiers.

Les armes, les munitions et leurs éléments des 5ème et 7ème catégories1 doivent être conservés hors d'état de fonctionner immédiatement.

Un décret en Conseil d'Etat détermine les conditions d'application du présent article.
