Licence To Possess Firearms & Conditions Thereof

Art. 14

(2) The applicant for a firearms licence must meet the following conditions:

(B) He is not less than 30 years old.

Art. 25
When considering an application for a firearm or ammunition licence, regard must be had to the following rules:

his state of health.

(N) In addition to the conditions that must be met in order to be fit to possess a firearm, an applicant must not be less than 30 years old for a firearm and 25 years old for an air weapon (Amendment 1997).
