Article 10:
Le dépositaire1 tient enregistrement de toutes ses opérations sur un livre spécial coté et paraphé par le président du Tribunal de première instance, et tenu à la disposition des représentants habilités de l'Administration.
Les entrées et les sorties doivent être mentionnées en indiquant:
- Pour les entrées: la date de l'entrée, le numéro et la date de l'autorisation de sortie de Douane, les types, caractéristiques et quantités d'armes et de munitions entreposées.
- Pour les sorties: la date de sortie, le titre et le numéro de l'autorisation de sortie de dépôt privé, les types, caractéristiques et quantités d'armes et de munitions sorties, ainsi que le nom, le domicile et la résidence du bénéficiaire de l'autorisation.

Article 10:
The dealer1 must keep a register, numbered and initialled by the President of the Court of First Instance, of all the transfers and it must be made available to the authorised representatives of the Administration.
The entries and exits must be referred to indicating the followings:
- For the entries: the date of entry, the number and date of the authorisation of removal from the Customs Services, types, characteristics and quantities of stored firearms and ammunition.
- For the exits: the date of exit, the title and number of the authorisation of removal from the private storage, types, characteristics and quantities of removed firearms and ammunition, as well as the name and residence of the authorisation's recipient.
