Article 6:

Les diverses autorisations pouvant être accordées par le Ministre de l'Administration Territoriale sont;

Modèle 1
- L'autorisation d'achat ou d'importation et de port d'armes et munitions à usages personnel. Le même formulaire est utilisé pour l'autorisation de cession ou d'introduction définitive d'armes au Cameroun.

Modèle 2
- L'autorisation d'importation d'armes ou de munitions et de pièces détachées à usage commercial. Cette autorisation est donnée sous forme de décision.

Modèle 3
- L'autorisation d'achat ou d'admission temporaire et de port d'armes et de munitions pour les étrangers.

Modèle 4
- L'autorisation de constitution de dépôts privés d'armes et de munitions à usage commercial. Cette autorisation est accordée sous forme de décision.

Modèle 5
- L'autorisation d'achat de cartouches.

Modèle 6
- L'autorisation d'ouverture d'atelier de réparation. Cette autorisation est donnée sous forme de décision.

Article 6:

The Minister of Territorial Administration may grant the following authorisations:

Model 1
- The authorisation to purchase or import, and carry firearms and ammunition for personal use. The same form is used for the authorisation to transfer or to permanently introduce firearms in Cameroon.

Model 2
- The authorisation to import firearms or ammunition, and spare parts for commercial use. This authorisation is granted in form of decision.

Model 3
- The authorisation to purchase or to temporary import, and to carry firearms and ammunition for foreigners.

Model 4
- The authorisation to set up private storages of firearms and ammunition for commercial use. This authorisation is granted in form of decision.

Model 5
- The authorisation to purchase cartridges.

Model 6
- The authorisation to open a workshop to repair firearms. This authorisation is granted in form of decision.
