Article 6:

Nul ne peut détenir plus de quinze jours une arme à feu quelconque ayant fait l'objet d'une autorisation d'introduction, d'achat, ou de cession, sans avoir obtenu un permis de port d'arme délivré par le chef de circonscription du lieu de sa résidence.

Le permis de port d'arme est un document personnel; l'autorisation qu'il confère ne peut être étendue ni déléguée à un tiers.

No person may hold for more than fifteen days any firearm, which has been subject to an authorisation of introduction, purchase, or transfer, without first obtaining a permit to carry firearms issued by the head of the district of his/her place of residence.
