Nul ne peut avoir l'autorisation de port d'arme:

- s'il a moins de 25 ans révolus;
- s'il a fait l'objet de condamnation pour meurtre, agression, trafic de stupéfiants, ou acte de terrorisme;
- s'il a été condamné pour violences familiales ou conjugales;
- s'il n'a pas toutes ses facultés mentales ou physiques à utiliser l'arme.

Article 11:

No one shall be authorised to carry a firearm if:

- he/she is under 25 years old;
- he/she has been convicted of murder, assault, drug trafficking or terrorist act;
- he/she has been convicted for domestic or marital violence;
- if he/she does not have all his mental or physical faculties to use the firearm.
