O transporte de armas, suas peças, componentes e munições dentro do território nacional, obedece aos critérios de segurança previstos nos artigos seguintes com as devidas adaptações.

The transit of weapons, their components and ammunition within the national territory, except in the cases expressly provided for in national legislation and in conventions and international agreements ratified by Cape Verde, is prohibited.

Article 66: Transport

The transport of weapons, their parts, components and ammunition within the national territory, must comply with the safety criteria provided for in the following articles with any appropriate adaptations.
