Artigo 34.º Recintos fechados ou de aglomeração de pessoas

1. É proibida a entrada de pessoas armadas em eventos realizados em recintos fechados.

2. Os promotores de eventos em recintos fechados ou de aglomeração de pessoas devem adoptar as providências necessárias, designadamente detector de metais para evitar o ingresso de pessoas armadas.

3. O disposto nos números anteriores não se aplicam às autoridades judiciais, pessoal policial da Polícia Nacional,
órgãos e agentes de investigação criminal e de apoio às autoridades judiciais, serviços de informação militar e Polícia Judiciária, quando devidamente identifi cados e em serviço.

Article 34: Closed or crowded spaces

1. It is prohibited for armed people to enter any events performed in closed spaces.

2. The promoters of indoor or outdoor events with an large collection of people must take all necessary measures, namely the installation of a metal detector at the entrance of the premises to prevent the entry of armed persons.

3. The provisions of the above do not apply to judicial authorities, police personnel of the National Police, agents of criminal investigation and support agencies, military intelligence services and the Judicial Police, when duly identified and in service.
