Article 8

1. Door of namens de minister van Justitie en Publieke Werken wordt een register bijgehouden, waarin aantekening wordt gedaan van elke door hen verleende machtiging als bedoeld in artikel 3, zomede van elke schorsing of intrekking van zodanige machtiging.

2. Bij landsbesluit, houdende algemene maatregelen, kunnen voorschriften worden gegeven met betrekking tot de registratie van de personen die vuurwapens voorhanden hebben.

1. A register shall be kept by or on behalf of the Minister of Justice and Public Works, in which shall be recorded any authorization granted by them as referred to in section 3, as well as any suspension or revocation of such authorization.

2. By national decree, containing general measures, regulations can be made regarding the registration of persons who have firearms at their disposal.
