Article 5

Every person is prohibited from importing, trading, dealing, repairing, possessing, acquiring or carrying guns, machine guns, (automatic) weapons, or their parts or ammunition. Under no circumstances may a license be granted.

The Minister of Interior may, by a decision from him, add other types to the weapons referred to in the first paragraph, and the provisions of the first and second paragraphs of this article shall apply to the added weapons.
