Maddə 3. Xidməti və mülki silahın dövriyyəsi

I. Xidməti və mülki silahın dövriyyəsi bu Qanuna müvafiq olaraq həyata keçirilir.

II. Xidməti və mülki silahın dövriyyəsi ilə əlaqədar Azərbaycan Respublikasında:

1) bu Qanunla nəzərdə tutulmuş müvafiq xüsusi icazəsi olmayan şəxslər tərəfindən həmin silahın əldə edilməsi, gəzdirilməsi və ondan istifadə edilməsi; [1]

Article 3. Circulation of service and civilian weapons

I. The circulation of service and civilian weapons shall be carried out in accordance with this Law.

II. In connection with the circulation of service and civilian weapons in the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1) acquisition, carrying and use of the weapon by persons without the relevant special permission provided by this Law; [1]
