Fabricación, tráfico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones. El que sin permiso de autoridad competente importe, trafique, fabrique, transporte, almacene, distribuya, venda, suministre, repare, porte o tenga en un lugar armas de fuego de defensa personal, sus partes esenciales, accesorios esenciales o municiones, incurrirá en prisión de nueve (9) a doce (12) años.
