Article 21.

Le transport d'armes à feu de munitions et de chargeurs n'est autorisé qu'aux:

1) titulaires d'un agrément conformément à l'article 5 ou l'article 6, pour autant que les armes soient non chargées;

2) titulaires d'une autorisation de détention d'une arme à feu et aux personnes visées à l'article 12, (ainsi qu'aux transporteurs d'armes à feu en vente libre). Les armes sont transportées non chargées et de manière à ne pouvoir être immédiatement saisies.

3) titulaires d'un permis de port d'arme;

4) personnes ayant obtenu exclusivement à cette fin un agrément conformément à l'article 5;

5) transporteurs internationaux professionnels, à condition que les armes ne soient pas déchargées ou transbordés sur le territoire belge.

Article 21.

The transport of firearms ammunition and magazines is only authorized to:

1) holders of an authorization in accordance with article 5 or article 6, provided that the weapons are unloaded;

2) holders of an authorization to possess a firearm and to the persons referred to in article 12, (as well as to carriers of over-the-counter firearms). Weapons are transported unloaded and in such a way that they cannot be immediately seized.

3) holders of a license to carry a weapon;

4) persons who have obtained authorization exclusively for this purpose in accordance with Article 5;

5) professional international transporters, provided that the weapons are not unloaded or transhipped on Belgian territory.
