Article 29-C.

O porte de arma de fogo aos integrantes das instituições de que tratam os incisos III e IV do caput do art. 6º da Lei nº 10.826, de 2003, será concedido somente mediante comprovação de treinamento técnico de, no mínimo:

I - sessenta horas, para armas de repetição, caso a instituição possua este tipo de armamento em sua dotação;

II - cem horas, para arma de fogo semiautomática.

Article 29-C.

The [permit for] possession of firearms for members of the institutions referred to in items III and IV of the caput of art. 6 of Law No. 10,826, of 2003, will only be granted upon proof of technical training of at least:

I - sixty hours, for repeating weapons, if the institution has this type of weapon in its endowment;

II - one hundred hours, for semi-automatic firearms.
