§ 1. Følgende våben undtages fra forbuddet i våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 1:

1) Forladevåben, der er fremstillet før 1870.

2) Bagladevåben, der er fremstillet før 1870, og som ikke kan anvende enhedspatroner.

§ 2. Luft- og fjedervåben med større kaliber end 4,5 mm er omfattet af forbuddet i våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 1.

Stk. 2. Piber og løb med større kaliber end 4,5 mm er omfattet af forbuddet i våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 2.

Stk. 3. Stk. 1 gælder ikke luft- og fjederdrevne hardball- og paintballvåben.

Stk. 4. Indehavere af jagttegn og medlemmer af skytteforeninger, der har en våbenpåtegning til luft- og fjedervåben på medlemsbeviset, kan til eget brug erhverve, besidde, bære og anvende luft- og fjedervåben med en kaliber større end 4,5 mm.

Stk. 5. Tidligere indehavere af jagttegn, der opfylder betingelserne for at erhverve jagttegn, kan fortsat besidde luft- og fjedervåben med en kaliber større end 4,5 mm.

Stk. 6. Luft- og fjedervåben er undtaget fra våbenlovens § 3 a, stk. 1-4.

Provisions concerning the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection 1, No. 1

§ 1. The following weapons are exempt from the prohibition in the Weapons Act § 1, paragraph. 1, No. 1:

1) Exit weapons manufactured before 1870.

2) Rear-loading weapons, manufactured before 1870, which cannot use unit cartridges.

§ 2. Air and spring weapons with a caliber larger than 4.5 mm are covered by the prohibition in the Firearms Act § 1, paragraph. 1, No. 1.

PCS. 2. Pipes and barrels with a caliber larger than 4.5 mm are covered by the prohibition in the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection. 1, No. 2.

PCS. 3. Stk. 1 does not apply to air and spring driven hardball and paintball weapons.

PCS. 4. The holder of a hunting license and members of rifle that has a weapon endorsement for air and spring-powered weapons in member certificate may be for personal use, acquire, own, carry and use air- and spring-powered weapons with a caliber greater than 4.5 mm.

PCS. 5. Previous holders of hunting licenses who meet the conditions for acquiring hunting licenses may continue to possess air and spring weapons with a caliber greater than 4,5 mm.

PCS. 6. Air and spring weapons are exempt from the Weapons Act, section 3 a, subsection. 1-4.
