Article 21

Member States shall adopt all relevant provisions prohibiting entry into their territory:
(a) of a firearm, except in the cases referred to in Articles 16 and 17 and provided that the conditions laid down in those Articles are met;
(b) of a weapon other than a firearm, provided that the national provisions of the Member State in question so permit.
