Munition für Faustfeuerwaffen

§ 24. (1) Munition für Faustfeuerwaffen mit Zentralfeuerzündung oder mit einem Kaliber von 6,35 mm und darüber darf nur Inhabern eines Waffenpasses oder einer Waffenbesitzkarte (§ 20 Abs. 1) überlassen und nur von diesen erworben und besessen werden.

(2) Munition gemäß Abs. 1 darf auch Inhabern einer Registrierungsbestätigung für eine Schusswaffe der Kategorie C überlassen und von diesen erworben und besessen werden, wenn die Munition für die in der Registrierungsbestätigung genannte Schusswaffe geeignet ist.

Ammunition for handguns

§ (1) Ammunition for handguns with centrefire ignition or with a calibre of 6.35 mm and above may only be provided to, and acquired and possessed by, holders of a firearms pass or a firearms possession card (section 20(1)).

(2) Ammunition in accordance with subsection (1) may also be provided to, and acquired and possessed by, holders of a registration certificate for a category C firearm if the ammunition is suitable for the firearm specified in the registration certificate.
