Article 33

Peuvent être autorisées à acquérir une arme, munitions et leurs éléments des 1°, 8° et du 10° de la catégorie B1 et à les détenir sur le lieu d'exercice de leur activité professionnelle les personnes majeures, exposées à des risques sérieux pour leur sécurité du fait de la nature ou du lieu d'exercice de cette activité. Ces personnes peuvent être autorisées à acquérir et détenir à leur domicile ou dans une résidence secondaire, pour le même motif, une seconde arme de poing de la même catégorie.

Article 33

Individuals of legal age, exposed to serious risks to their safety due to the nature or the location of their work, may be authorised to purchase a firearm, ammunition and their components of 1°, 8° and 10° of category B,1 and to keep them at their work place. These individuals may be authorised to purchase or to keep at their place of residence, or at their secondary residence, for the same reason, a second handgun of the same category.
