Artículo 17. Depósitos

Los Depósitos deberán dar cumplimiento a las siguientes actividades conforme a los artículos N° 15 y 23 de la Ley:

1) Depósito General de Armas

a) Almacenar en custodia hasta que se determine el destino final, conforme lo establece el artículo N° 23 de la ley, las armas, municiones y demás elementos sujetos a control que son entregados en comiso definitivo por los Tribunales de Justicia, Fiscalías del Ministerio Público, Autoridades Fiscalizadoras de todo el país, Aduanas y lo correspondiente a entregas voluntarias de personas naturales o jurídicas a través de las Autoridades Fiscalizadoras…
c) Mantener actualizado el registro computacional del material almacenado, tanto en custodia temporal, en comiso definitivo, entregas voluntarias y aquellas entregadas por el Servicio Nacional de Aduanas…

Articulo 17. Armouries

Armouries must comply with the following, in accordance with articles 15 and 23 of the Act:

1) General Armoury
