Artículo 1…

5) Modifícase el artículo 4º1 como sigue:

a) Incorpórase el siguiente inciso cuarto, nuevo, pasando los actuales incisos cuarto, quinto, sexto y séptimo a ser quinto, sexto, séptimo y octavo, respectivamente:

"La venta de las armas señaladas en el artículo 2º y de sus elementos, incluyendo municiones o cartuchos, efectuada por las personas autorizadas, requerirá, al menos, que el vendedor individualice, en cada acto y de manera completa, al comprador y el arma respectiva, sin perjuicio de las demás obligaciones establecidas en el reglamento.".

b) Intercálase en el actual inciso quinto, que ha pasado a ser sexto, a continuación del vocablo "fabricación", la expresión "e individualización".

5) Article 41 is modified as follows:

a) The following new paragraph number four is added, meaning that the former paragraphs four, five, six and seven are now paragraphs five, six, seven and eight, respectively:

'The sale of firearms listed in Article 2 and their elements, including ammunition or cartridges, carried out by authorised persons, requires, at the very least, that the seller records the full identity of the buyer and of the firearm for each transaction, without prejudice to other requirements listed in the regulation'.

b) In paragraph 5, which is now paragraph 6, after the word 'manufacturing', the words 'and identifying' are added.
