Artículo 1…

3) Introdúcense, en el artículo 3º,1 las siguientes enmiendas:

a) Reemplázase, en su inciso primero, la frase "armas cuyos números de serie se encuentren adulterados o borrados", por las siguientes: "armas de juguete, de fogueo, de balines, de postones o de aire comprimido adaptadas o transformadas para el disparo de municiones o cartuchos; artefactos o dispositivos, cualquiera sea su forma de fabricación, partes o apariencia, que no sean de los señalados en las letras a) o b) del artículo 2º, y que hayan sido creados, adaptados o transformados para el disparo de municiones o cartuchos; armas cuyos números de serie o sistemas de individualización se encuentren adulterados, borrados o carezcan de ellos"…

a) In its first paragraph, the sentence 'firearms whose serial number is altered or removed' is substituted by the following 'toy guns, firearms firing blanks, piston guns or airguns that have been adapted or transformed for the shooting of ammunition or cartridges; other products or devices, whatever their original intended manufacture, parts or appearance, that are not amongst those listed in paragraphs a), or b) of Article 2, and which have been created, altered or transformed for the shooting of ammunition or cartridges; firearms whose serial number and tracking system have been modified, removed or missing'…
