a) Reemplázase la letra a) por la siguiente:

"a) El material de uso bélico, entendiéndose por tal las armas, cualquiera sea
su naturaleza, sus municiones, explosivos o elementos similares construidos para ser utilizados en la guerra por las fuerzas armadas, y los medios de combate terrestre, naval y aéreo, fabricados o acondicionados especialmente para esta finalidad;".

b) Agrégase, en la letra b), a continuación de la palabra "partes", la expresión ", dispositivos"…

e) Sustitúyese, en la letra g), el punto final por la expresión ", y"…

2) The first paragraph of Article 21 is modified as follows:

a) Paragraph a) is replaced as follows:

'a) War materials refer to weapons, of any nature, their ammunition, explosives or similar elements built to be used in war by the Armed Forces, and in terrestrial, naval and air combats, manufactured or modified specifically for this purpose'.

b) In paragraph b), after the word "parts", the expression 'devices' is added…

e) In paragraph g), the final point is substituted by the expression ', and'…
