1) Agrégase, en el artículo 1º,1 el siguiente inciso final:

"Lo dispuesto en los incisos precedentes debe entenderse sin perjuicio de las facultades que corresponden al Ministerio del Interior y Seguridad Pública en lo relativo a la manutención del orden público y la seguridad pública interior; al procesamiento y tratamiento de datos y a la coordinación y fomento de medidas de prevención y control de la violencia relacionadas con el uso de armas, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 3º de la ley Nº20.502."

1) The following final paragraph is added to Article 1:1

'Provisions referred to in previous paragraphs shall be without prejudice to the powers attributed to the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security with regard to concerns of public order and national public security; for the processing and treatment of information and the coordination and strengthening of prevention and control measures on firearm-related violence, in accordance with provisions set in article 3 of Act No. 20.502..'
