Limitaciones de ventas para munición - casas vendedoras

Artículo 213: Las casas vendedoras no podrán vender munición de las armas que requieran guía sin que el comprador exhiba dicho documento; y sólo podrán entregar munición de la correspondiente al arma. Anotarán nombre y domicilio del comprador y número de la guía, remitiendo mensualmente al Servicio de Material y Armamento una relación de las municiones vendidas, con especificación de dichos datos.

Las firmas comerciales no podrán vender por arma y por vez, más de 25 cartuchos para las armas que requieran guía de posesión; los deportistas que requieran mayor cantidad para su entrenamiento, deberán justificar la práctica de este deporte con una certificación expedida por la Dirección de Tiro y Educación Física y entregar las vainas disparadas al Servicio de Material y Armamento, para que éste autorice la venta de mayor cantidad de munición.

Quedan exceptuados de éstas formalidades los cartuchos de caza, municiones de calibre .22 e inferiores y fulminantes para los mismos.

Limit on Ammunition Sales - Firearm Stores

Article 213: Firearm stores shall not sell ammunition that requires a certificate without the buyer exhibiting this document; and they may only sell ammunition corresponding to the firearm [referred to in the said certificate]. The buyer's name and address and the certificate number shall be recorded and the list of records shall be sent to the Material and Weapons Service every month, highlighting the ammunition that has been sold.

Firearm businesses shall not sell more than 25 cartridges for firearms that require possession certificates; athletes who require a larger amount of ammunition for their training must justify this with a certificate issued by the Department of Shooting and Physical Education and deliver the empty shells to the Material and Weapons Service, so it can authorise the sale of this ammunition.

Hunting cartridges, ammunition of calibre .22 or less and percussion caps for these are excluded from these formalities.
