2) Código Penal Ley 599 de 2000 por medio del cual se tipifican delitos como la importación, el trafico, la fabricación, el transporte, el almacenamiento, la distribución, la venta, el suministro, la reparación o porte de armas de fuego de defensa personal, de uso privativo de la Fuerza Publica, municiones o explosivos;
3) Ley 737 de 2002 mediante la cual se aprueba la "Convención Interamericana contra la Fabricación y el Trafico Ilícitos de Armas de Fuego, Municiones, Explosivos y otros materiales relacionados".
4) Ley 1119 de 2006, "Por la cual se actualizan los registros y permisos vencidos para el control al porte y tenencia de las armas de fuego y se dictan otras disposiciones".

2) The Criminal Code, Act 599 of 2000, through which are classified as crimes the import, trafficking, manufacture, transport, storage, distribution, sale, submission, repair or carrying of firearms for personal defence, for the exclusive use of the Public Forces, ammunition or explosives.
3) Act 737 of 2002, which approves the 'Inter-American Convention against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Explosives, Ammunition and Other Related Materials'.
