Artículo 135. Permisos para Ferias y Exposiciones

Las personas jurídicas para exhibir armas de fuego, accesorios y municiones en ferias y exposiciones, solicitan el permiso con treinta (30) días naturales de antelación a la fecha prevista para la exhibición.

A su vez, deben agregar a la información que se exige en el Artículo 183 Apartado 1, del presente Reglamento, la información y documentación siguiente:

a) Fecha y lugares previstos para la exhibición y depósito de las armas de fuego y municiones.
b) Dictamen emitido por el Organo de Protección del Ministerio del Interior sobre las medidas de seguridad y protección que posee el lugar donde se realizará la exhibición.

Las personas jurídicas, además de presentar los documentos exigidos en el Artículo 134 del presente Reglamento, al solicitar ese permiso, deben agregar la información exigida en el Artículo 82 del presente Reglamento y cumplir los requerimientos referidos en este.

Article 135. Permits for Festivals and Exhibitions

Legal persons wishing to display firearms, accessories and ammunition during festivals and exhibitions shall apply for a permit within thirty (30) calendar days before the date set for the exhibition.

At the same time, they shall attach to the information required under article 183, paragraph 1 of the present Regulation, the following information and documentation:

a) Expected date and venue of the exhibition and storage of firearms and ammunition.
b) Report issued by the Protection Agency of the Ministry of the Interior on the security and protection measures featured on the site where the exhibition shall take place.

Legal persons, in addition to presenting documents referred to in article 134 of the present Regulation, shall provide, upon requesting this permit, the information referred to under article 82 of the present Regulation and comply with requirements listed in that same article.
