Artículo 69. Transmisión Permitida

La transmisión de las armas de fuego por cualquier título, entre personas naturales y entre estas y las personas jurídicas o entre personas jurídicas, sólo se permite para las armas objeto de licencia o permiso.

La transmisión entre personas naturales nacionales, sólo se permite con las armas de fuego para las que se haya ex-pedido licencia con anterioridad a ese acto, en el territorio nacional.

Article 69. Permitted Transfer

The transfer, of any kind, of firearms between individuals, between individuals and legal persons or between legal persons, shall only be authorised for firearms subject to licence or permit.

The transfer between national individuals may only be authorised if a licence has already been issued to these individuals within the national territory.
