Artículo 47. Documentos Requeridos

Al tramitar para su aprobación la solicitud de exportación definitiva de las armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso ante el Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias, la Jefatura del Ministerio del Interior debe informar y presentar a ese organismo, mediante el modelo No. 2 que se anexa a la presente, lo siguiente:

a) Organo u Organismo Estatal o persona natural que solicita la exportación de las armas de fuego.
b) País de destino de las armas de fuego objeto de exportación.
c) Cantidad de armas de fuego a exportar por tipo, marca, calibre número de serie y nacionalidad.
d) Presentación del permiso, licencia o documento legal de autorización de entrada al país de destino…

Article 47. Required Documents

Upon processing the request for permanent export of firearms subject to licence or permit before the Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces, the Head of the Ministry of the Interior must provide this institution, through the Model No.1 which is annexed to the present Regulation, with the following information:

a) Agency or State Agency or individual who requested the firearm export.
b) Destination country of the firearms subject to export.
c) Quantity of firearms to be exported, by type and calibre. Whenever such information is available, attach the serial number, marking and nationality.
d) Presentation of the permit, licence or legal document authorising their entry in the country of destination…
