Articulo 3 - El Registro Nacional de Armas, por dictamen de su Comisión de Portaciones, podrá peticionar al solicitante la aprobación de cursos especiales de capacitación que comprendan los aspectos legales, técnicos y de idoneidad en el manejo de armas de fuego, como así también la acreditación de su estado de salud psicofísica, mediante certificación que determine específicamente su capacidad o aptitud para la portación, manejo y eventual uso de un arma de fuego en situación límite y en lugares públicos.

Background Checks - Training and Health

Article 3 - The National Firearm Registry, through an opinion granted by its committee on possession, may request the applicant to pass special training courses in order to understand legal, technical and management aspects of firearms, as well as accreditation citing the applicant's psychophysical state through a certificate that specifies his ability or aptitude to carry, handle and eventually use a firearm in extreme situations and public places.
