Venta de armas - Remate

Articulo 104 - La venta en remate público, judicial o particular de armas de uso civil no requerirá autorización previa. El vendedor deberá llevar un libro denominado "Registro Oficial de Operaciones", con las formalidades previstas en el artículo 49. Asimismo, deberá cumplimentar con lo establecido en el artículo 97 de la presente reglamentación.
