Articulo 71 - Las armas y materiales clasificados de guerra podrán enajenarse bajo las condiciones siguientes:

1) Las operaciones de compraventa entre comerciantes inscriptos de acuerdo con las previsiones de la presente reglamentación, no requerirán autorización previa del Registro Nacional de Armas…
2) La venta por parte de un comerciante a legítimos usuarios requerirá autorización previa, de acuerdo a lo normado por los artículos 54 y siguientes…
3) El comerciante, fabricante o importador será responsable de que el comprador reciba la clase y cantidad de armas o municiones…
4) La adquisición de armas de guerra o municiones para la fuerza pública requerirá la autorización previa del Ministerio de Defensa, de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 53 inciso 1 de esta reglamentación.

Article 71 - Firearms and material classified as weapons of war may be sold under the following conditions:

1) Sales between registered dealers, in accordance with provisions of this regulation, shall not require prior authorisation from the National Firearm Registry.
2) Sales by a dealer to a legitimate user require prior authorisation, according to provisions of articles 54 and the following…
