Razones genuinas

Articulo 56 - Se exigirán además, como condiciones especiales:

1) Para pobladores de regiones con escasa vigilancia policial: ratificación por la policía del lugar de residencia, conformada por la autoridad policial superior, de las razones existentes para el otorgamiento de la autorización de tenencia…

3) Para miembros de asociaciones de tiro: Acreditar su condición de tal mediante certificación extendida por autoridad competente de asociación de tiro habilitada legalmente…

5) Instituciones: Junto con la solicitud de autorización, deberán elevar consignando en la misma el número de credencial de legítimo usuario, de cada uno de los incluidos en ella.

Asimismo deberá producirse la información que determinará el Registro Nacional de Armas, a los fines de evaluar los fundamentos de la tenencia que se peticiona.

Será facultad del Registro Nacional de Armas denegar total o parcialmente la tenencia solicitada cuando el material no resulte idóneo para la finalidad perseguida por la peticionante…

El Registro Nacional de Armas normalizará las especificaciones técnicas a las cuales deberán ajustarse los vehículos blindados destinados al transporte de valores, no pudiendo el fabricante apartarse de las mismas…

6) Particulares que se dediquen a la Caza Mayor: Acreditar su condición de tales conforme a las normas que determine el Registro Nacional de Armas.

Genuine Reason

Article 56 - The following special conditions shall be met:

The National Firearm Registry has authority to fully or partly reject ownership applications when the material is not suitable for the intended purposes…

6) Individuals engaged in hunting: To prove that they have capacity, according to standards established by the National Firearm Registry.
