Deposito

Articulo 47 - Las armas y sus municiones o cualquiera de estos materiales por separado que por imperio de esta reglamentación deban permanecer en "depósito" serán almacenados en los locales del Registro Nacional de Armas o en los que este organismo indique…

Toda vez que el Registro Nacional de Armas deba designar como depósito un local no propio, establecerá con la autoridad bajo cuya jurisdicción esté el mismo, los acuerdos necesarios a fin de mantener el control administrativo de los bienes depositados. Los materiales depositados por cuenta de terceros y no retirados una vez vencido o no renovado el plazo que se otorgare, se considerarán abandonados y pasarán a propiedad del Estado transcurridos TREINTA (30) días desde la fecha de intimación al interesado para que proceda a su retiro o renovación de depósito. En los casos de materiales abandonados o donados, el Registro Nacional de Armas tomará posesión de los mismos y procederá a efectuar su distribución, de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 70 de la presente reglamentación.

Storage

Article 47 - Firearms and their ammunition or any materials that, in accordance with this regulation, must remain in 'storage' shall be kept on the premises of the National Firearm Registry or where this agency states…

Whenever the National Firearm Registry appoints a non-deposit location as a storage place, it shall establish the necessary arrangements to maintain administrative control of the deposited goods. Materials deposited by third parties and not withdrawn once expired or when the terms of authorisation are not renewed, shall be considered abandoned and become the property of the state after thirty (30) days from the date of notice. In cases regarding abandoned or donated materials, the National Firearm Registry will take possession of these materials and will proceed to their distribution in accordance with provisions in article 70 of this regulation.
