Inspección

Article 46 - Cuando para prevenir infracciones sea indispensable, por parte de las autoridades del Registro Nacional de Armas, la inspección de instalaciones públicas o privadas, locales de venta o exhibición, depósitos, cargamentos, bultos o equipajes en tránsito, etc., podrá solicitarse de las autoridades locales de fiscalización, su intervención para la verificación conjunta o contraverificación.

Los funcionarios, importadores, fabricantes, comerciantes, exportadores y particulares facilitarán en toda forma la misión de los inspectores actuantes, suministrando datos y exhibiendo los documentos que les fueren requeridos para el mejor cumplimiento del cometido…
