Registro de Importadores

Articulo 34 - El Registro Nacional de Armas llevará un Registro de Importadores de Armas, en el cual necesariamente deberán obtener su inscripción quienes deseen dedicarse a la importación de armas.

Articulo 35 - Para obtener la inscripción en este Registro los interesados deberán presentar una solicitud haciendo constar su nombre y apellido o razón social, domicilio legal, identidad personal del o de los propietarios, socios, gerente, administrador o representante legal, contrato social, número de inscripción en el Registro de Importadores y Exportadores de la Administración Nacional de Aduanas y principal actividad a que se dedica, cuando la de importador sea accesoria.

Articulo 36 - La inscripción en este Registro caduca al año de otorgada. Los interesados podrán gestionar la renovación de su inscripción con una antelación no menor de TREINTA (30) días de la fecha de su caducidad.

Article 39 - Los importadores inscriptos registrarán todas las operaciones que realicen en la forma que establezca el Registro Nacional de Armas.

Registration of Importers

Article 34 - The National Firearm Registry shall maintain a register of importers of firearms. All importers must be registered in the latter if they wish to import firearms.

Article 35 - In order to be registered the interested parties must submit a request stating their name and surname or reason, legal address, the personal identity of the person or proprietors, partners, legal administrator or representative, social contract, registration number in the registry of importers and exporters of the national Customs authority and their activity.

Article 36 - Registration in this register shall expire at the end of the year of its issuance. Those interested can renew their registration no less than thirty (30) days from the date of expiry.

Article 39 - The registered importers shall record all transactions conducted in the manner established by the National Firearms Registry.
