Articulo 1 - La presente reglamentación parcial del Decreto-Ley N. 20.429/73 comprende los actos enumerados por el artículo 1 del citado Decreto-Ley, con relación a las armas de fuego, de lanzamiento, sus municiones, agresivos químicos de toda naturaleza y demás materiales clasificados de guerra y armas, municiones y materiales clasificados de uso civil, siendo complementaria de la reglamentación aprobada por Decreto N. 26.028 del 20 de diciembre de 1951 en lo referente a pólvoras, explosivos y afines.

Decree No. 395/75, Regulations for the National Act on Arms and Explosives No. 20.429

Article 1 - The present partial regulation of Decree-Law No. 20.429/73 includes the actions listed in Article 1 of this Decree-Law cited with regards to firearms, different types of launchers, their ammunition, different forms of aggressive chemicals and other materials classified as weapons of war and weapons, ammunition and materials for civilian use, complementary to the regulations approved by Decree 26.028 of 20 December 1951, regarding gunpowder, explosives and similar items.
