Transporte de Armas de Guerra

Artículo 12 - El transporte, embarque o cualquier otra forma de circulación, necesitará autorización previa y escrita del Registro Nacional de Armas. La autorización no será necesaria si el transporte se efectúa por un legítimo usuario, en la cantidad y forma que fije la reglamentación. La reglamentación establecerá las demás formalidades a cumplir por los interesados y las empresas de transportes.

Transport of Weapons of War

Article 12 - The transport, shipping or any other form of movement of an item shall require prior written approval from the National Firearm Registry. The authorisation is not required if the transport is done by a legitimate user, in the amount and form established by the regulation. The regulation shall establish other formalities to be fulfilled by stakeholders and transport companies.
