Las armas con permiso de tenencia podrán ser transportadas de un lugar a otro, para reparación o prácticas de tiro en sitios autorizados, con el arma y el proveedor descargados, y observando las condiciones de seguridad que establezca el Gobierno Nacional a través del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Article 18. Transport of Firearms

Firearms under ownership permit may be transferred from one place to another, for their repair or for shooting exercises in authorised sites; the firearm and magazine must be unloaded, and security measures established by the National Government through the Ministry of National Defence must be observed.
